Rare birds caught on camera

Camera technology is being used by Paradise Park and the World Parrot trust to record and document rare breeds of birds. Dave Woolcock, the head curator, is using specialist nest cameras from handykam.com to allow the team to monitor rare breeds on camera.

The rare breeds include: Great Blue Touraco's, Bali Stalings, Spreo Starlings, Sun Conures, Blue Throated Macaw, Keas and Humboldt penguins eat, make nest, lay eggs, raise young. Here are some stunning clips:
